We understand that mistakes happen. If you made a contribution in error or have changed your mind, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date.
Our payment process is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund directly through the receipt emailed to you by Paddle, or by contacting us at info@silverfoxdynamics.com with your order details.
Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3-5 business days, returning the funds to your original payment method.
